Jamming

I popped into No. 10 today for a brief visit with my 14 year old nephew who is doing work experience with me. He was impressed when I said the PM was probably inside the building somewhere. He said "What? Working? Or just jamming?" I had to tell him that I don't think Gordon jams very often, but he was insistent - "if he's Prime Minister, why doesn't he just throw everyone else out of the house so he can just jam all day?" I can see it might be tempting sometimes...
